Delivery
Free tracked delivery on every order. We dispatch in 3 to 4 business days, and delivery usually takes a further 3 to 8 days. Tracking can take 24 to 48 hours to start updating after dispatch. We cannot guarantee arrival on a specific date.
Returns
You have 30 days from delivery. Email support@harringtonenvale.com with your order number and we will send you the return address. If an item is damaged, faulty or not what you ordered, we pay the return postage. For a change of mind it is yours, and we would suggest a tracked service.
Changing an order
Email us as soon as you can. Once it has been dispatched we cannot stop it, but you can return it when it arrives.
