If the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, include a photograph of the issue. We will reply with the return address and what to do next.

Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST on a business day begin processing the same day. Processing takes 3 to 4 business days before dispatch, then transit is typically 3 to 6 business days, so most orders arrive around 6 to 10 business days after you order. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. These are estimates rather than guarantees and can vary with carrier conditions or severe weather.

Yes. Email support@harringtonenvale.com with your order number and the size you would like instead, and we will talk it through with you before you send anything back, so you end up with the right size rather than guessing twice. Send the original item back to us, and once it reaches us we send the new size out to you. Return postage on the original item works the same way as any change of mind return, so that part is covered below.

Our size guide carries the key measurements for every category: men's tops, bottoms and footwear, women's tops, bottoms and footwear, and ring sizes. You can switch every table between inches and centimetres. Women's tops and bottoms list UK and US sizes alongside the measurements, and footwear lists UK, US and EU alongside foot length, where the conversions are approximate so we recommend going by foot length. Men's tops and bottoms are lettered XS to XXXL with the measurements beside them. If you are between sizes, size up.

For change of mind returns, you arrange and pay for the return yourself. We do not provide a prepaid return label, so you are free to use whichever service suits you. We recommend a tracked one, because the item stays your responsibility until it reaches us and we cannot process a return for something that does not arrive. If an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, that is different: we cover the cost of getting it back to us so you are not left out of pocket, so email us before you send it and we will sort that out with you. Because standard shipping is free on every order, there are no outbound shipping charges taken off your refund.
